Job Description

- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline. - Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings. - Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process. - Identify and assess training needs within a company. - Plan and organize training programs. - Design and implement programs that aim to attract, develop and manage the organization's talent pool.

Requirements

Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial engineering or HR management from a reputable university. Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields. Good knowledge of English. Good communication skills.
