•Main Objective:
We are looking for an agile, energetic and seasoned HR professional to support and contribute to the people function for our HR department
•Main Responsibilities:
-Recruit and coordinate interviewing, references, and documentation for staff hiring
-Manage end to end HR Operation activities (complete employee life cycle, on-boarding to off-boarding)
-Effectively analyze and report recruitment metrics
-Coordinate and conduct of HR activities such as Job analysis and description, Job satisfaction
-Create reports and dashboards
-Plan, organize and conduct training programs
-Developing employee satisfaction and engagement programs
-Proficient in the Performance Management system
-Handle data and record management precisely, organized and error-free
-Handle benefits administration (Complimentary Insurance and leave)
-Contract Management: Issuance of employment contracts and contract addendum
-Compile and record employee time and payroll data
-Record and update personal information
Requirements
-Bachelor or Master in Industrial Engineering, HR, Management, Public Relations or other related fields
-At least 3 years of experience in related jobs
-Mastering in at least one Graphical software; such as: Photoshop, Illustrator
-Proficiency of Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, Outlook) and especially Excel
-Smart and self-learner
-Excellent communication and analytical skills
-Ability to work as part of a team and also use your own initiative
-Enthusiasm, motivation and a positive attitude
-Ability to communicate effectively
-Ideal Age Range: 24 - 32
-Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required
