HR Specialist

Wrigley Iran; Due to our current local operational expansions and in line with our regional aspirations, we are seeking to recruit a proficient, organized and versatile caliber as our Human Resources Specialist. Reporting to the Country Manager in Iran and closely partnering with the Functional HR Director based in the UAE, the incumbent will be expected to multi task across all HR platforms. Main responsibilities will include the following: • Support the Country Manager and custodian of all HR Policies, Procedures and Company Business Plans and Objectives • Support the monthly payroll run and validate calculations prior to payroll sign off and closely work with the regional finance team and bridge with the local distributor • Support Country Manager on issuance of offer letters, facilitate orientation programs and other on-boarding requirements • Manage all recruitment related activities and liaise with placement agencies regarding internal job opportunities (shortlist, interview...etc) • Accurately maintain associate files and information both manually and electronically on SAP system • Facilitate and support performance appraisal schemes and succession planning • Liaise with the regional head office regarding training and development requirement • Liaise with the regional head office regarding salary survey initiatives • Business partnerships with distributor ensuring long term relationships are established and maintained • Other supportive administrative duties as and when applicable for business continuity
