
Job Description
• Planning human resource strategies according to the company mission • Preparing required reports • Design and revising guidelines, procedures and policies. • Implementation of all HR procedures based on current regulations. • Collecting, processing, maintenance and analysis related HR data. • Act as a link between management and employees by handling questions. • Advise managers on organizational policy matters • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. • Maintains company structures by updating requirements. • Provide opportunities for ongoing development • Resolve any specific problems as necessary
Requirements
• At least 5 years experiences in Human Resource Management • Gender: Only male • At least BA degree in Management related fields • Full command of labor law, SSO law and supplementary Insurance • Full command of HR (Recruitment, Development, Performance evaluation, Retention, Attendance, Payroll, Job grading) • Full knowledge of Office (Especially Excel and Word) • Strong interpersonal, communicating and organizational skills • Strong team working ability
