Firouzeh Asia Brokerage is a subsidiary of Turquoise Partners Group. It is a leading stock brokerage firm, offering a wide range of services to domestic and international clients, within the Iranian capital market. Turquoise Partners Group has been a leader in attracting foreign investors into Iran’s stock market for over a decade and has developed extensive network around the world, particularly in Europe and Asia. The group has gone through tremendous growth and now consists of a leading investment company (IDIC), a stock brokerage firm (Firouzeh Asia) and an international asset management operation. The Role: In light of the opening of the Iranian capital market to foreign investment and the sharp growth in international business base of Firouzeh Asia, the company endeavors to expand its team and is looking for a highly motivated, experienced HR professional to join its team as a HR Senior Associate. The ideal candidate would have a solid understanding of general HR practices including recruitment, remuneration, retention, general internal policies and some exposure to strategy and business development. Preference would be given to those with proven experience in multi-national companies/environments. Given the sharp growth in the international business of FABC and Turquoise Group and, consequently, its international employee base, fluency in English would be considered an important advantage. You are expected to be a self-starter, highly disciplined and perform well under pressure and able to promote and champion a professional culture within the organization and the Group. Summary of the key responsibilities of the position are as outlined below: • Recruitment: Take ownership and perform all steps of recruitment and selection process, including preparation of job profiles, job ads, interviews and/or assessment centers, through to employee contracts. • Employee Affairs: manage and maintain all employee records and affairs including employee contracts, time sheets and payroll, SSO and medical insurance etc. • Performance Appraisal: ownership and management of semi- and annual performance appraisals cycles and ensure completion of each round for the entire organization within the defined deadlines • HR Policies and Processes: assume ownership of all HR policies, processes and procedures and ensure full compliance at all levels of organization. In cases of breach, take appropriate and timely steps to rectify. • Business and Organization Development: play an active role in translating Group strategy and objectives into operational plan for the business unit and assist in implementation of the plan. Promote Group values and organization culture and work in close collaboration with business managers to ensure full embedment across all layers of the business. • Ad-hoc Reports: prepare and present ad-hoc reports and analysis as and when requested. FABC’s HR Senior Associate will report to the Group Head of HR.
Requirements
- A degree from a reputable Iranian or international university, preferably in a related field - At least 3 years relevant experience in a similar role. Preference would be given to those with experience in multi-national environments - Fluency in English would be viewed as an advantage - Literacy in using IT tools, particularly MS Office is a must - Your interpersonal and soft skills would be examined in detail throughout our recruitment process
