- Provide consultation, guidance, and coaching to corporate teams to ensure issue resolution and employee development
- Finding the best solutions for HR
-related concerns and planning for implementing these solutions
- Searching for best practices and being familiar with the worldwide HR trends
- Improving current HR processes and implementing new and creative ones
- Assisting employees and supervision with HR-related questions, interpreting and explaining HR policies and resolving employee relation issues
- Supporting internal communications such as announcements and onboarding programs
- Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system
- Support broader HR projects when necessary
- Conducting and analyzing all HR-related surveys
- Designing and revising recruitment processes - Improving, implementing and administrating employee evaluation processes
Requirements
- MS/BS degree in Human Resource Management or other field in management
- At least 8 years of related experience in human resource management
- Good Knowledge of Iran Labor Law
- Professional knowledge of all HR areas (Recruitment, Development, Performance management, Retention, Attendance, Payroll, Job grading)
- Strong interpersonal, communicating and organizational skill
- Strong Leadership skills, able to motivate and train others
- Good command of English in both writing, speaking
- Good command of Microsoft office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ideal age: 35-40
