-Coach and develop line managers in the delivery of key HR activities, build their leadership and people management capability
-Successfully manage progress and track key HR Operations department milestones, deliverable and metrics
-Coach and build line manager capability to create a positive employee environment
-Continuously look to increase the value HR adds to the business
-Efficiently manage and contribute to key governance forums (Customer Board, HR Business Meeting, and HR Council)
-Resolve ER/IR (Employment’s right & Industrial Relations) issues and implement strategies to reduce such issues and enhance performance
-Manage local recruitment and reward activities
-Build annual development plans for all businesses
-Planning, organizing and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
-Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
-Creating and revising job descriptions and revising the company’s salary budget
-Manpower Planning & Recruitment: Planning human resource requirements, as per the existing vacancies or for future projects, in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas, taking approval from the management and conducting selection
Requirements
-At least Master's degree in Management (HRM, MBA, Industrial,) or Industrial Engineering
-At least 5 years’ experience in HR management
-Food and beverage, hospitality or food industry is a plus
-Ability to deal with pressure and ambiguity
-Understand the HR Risk environment, identify and mitigate potential HR risks
-Ability to multi-task and work at several projects simultaneously
-Ideal Age Range: 35 - 50
