10 years of relevant experience in human resource
5 years experience in human resource management
Education
1- University bachelor’s degree in relevant management field.
2-Master degree either in MBA or H.R.M
Professional fields
1-H.R.M: knowledge of principles and methods of select, recruitment, train, compensation and benefits, labor relations, negotiation and information system related to H.R.M
2-Management: knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, production method, quality management, human resource management and leadership techniques.
3-English knowledge: fluent in English, both reading and speaking
4-Organization behavior and psychology: knowledge of human behavior and performance, individual differences, personality, learning and motivation, methods of psychological research, assessment treatment of behavioral disorders.
5-Teaching and learning: knowledge of principles and methods for designing training program, teaching and training individuals and groups and measuring the effects of training on them.
Skill
1-Active listener: ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, understand, analyse and use them.
2-Having social intelligence: understand employees different behavior and react in a proper manner.
3-Decision making and judgment: ability to recognize various options, review them and making decision.
4-System thinking: using logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the proposed solution or obtained results.
