Objective:
Function in organizations designed to maximize employee performance in service of their employer’s strategic objectives.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide advice and assistance to supervisors on staff recruitment
- Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment
- Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place
- Provide advice and assistance with writing job descriptions
- Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations
- Identify training and development opportunities
Duration: Permanent position
Working hours: Sun-Wednesday 8am-5pm
Travel requirements: Occasional travel to Kermanshah
Requirements
University qualifications: Graduated in HRM or any other field of management. (B.A or higher)
Previous experience: At least 5 years in HR Dept.
Specialist knowledge: Knowledge of local labor laws and government requirements; Knowledge of performance evaluation methods.
Language Skills: English
