
Job Description
-- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital - Managing Recruitment Process including assessment, advertise, interview, screening and selecting new employees -Improves company's administrative efficiency and processes. Implements functional and administrative staff and process changes to measurably increase operational efficiency - Developing and organizing employees in the most effective way to meet Proma chain store objectives - Maintaining a good relationship between the employees/employers - Measuring employees productivity and their contribution to the company by taking appraisals and providing their feedback Anticipate changes to the workforce and plan according with market changes -Monitor daily administrative and HR tasks & issues -Identifying training needs and organizing training programs if needed - Identify potentials for promotions and salary increases - Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures -Providing all service support to facilitate visits by official guests to the Proma chain store which includes airport pick up, Hotel accommodation, tours and entertainment etc. - Overseeing the cleanliness, hygiene and good order of all office space, corridors and the furniture/fixture in use including security of offices and the all chain store space. - Accepting and executing other duties assigned in relation to administrative and HR management.
Requirements
- At least ten years of progressive and relevant HR experience in the areas of employee/labor relations, conflict resolution, talent management and managing organizational behavior. - Knowledge of labor law and multiple HR functions. - Strong oral, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills. - Creativity, innovation and the ability to solve problems and generate viable solutions. - Ability to successfully lead a large team of staff in a complex, and demanding environment - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint. - Strong attention to detail as well as solid organization/time management skills - Excellent people management, open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done.
