Job Description
To prepare monthly time sheets, setting up and defining new employees in payroll system.
To record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records.
End to end processing of company's payroll.
To calculate and control the monthly payments, tax and S.S.O. lists on time.
Provide formal contract and supplementary insurance for all employees.
To provide and prepare all necessary statistic reports related to current information in personnel software system, paid wages, deductions and benefits.
Carrying out the payroll affairs of new joiners.
Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives.
Design, plan, organize and direct training for employees or customers.
Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness.
Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.
Organize and develop or obtain training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, or handouts.
Design, Organize and Provide Competency Profile (CP) & Professional development Program (PDP) for employees.
