Job Description

Main responsibilities: • Coordinate and conduct of HRM activities such as: Job analysis and description, Job satisfaction, Performance appraisal • Maintain recruitment data and other relevant information systems, and provide standard reports on data • Manage employment contract, establish and update employee personal profiles • Effective Personnel Administration (Staff files, data integrity, leave, attendance records, loans ...) • Development of job descriptions • Coordinate and conduct of HR activities such as: Job analysis and description, Job satisfaction • Assist in Hiring, Training Procedure of New Staff • Handling of Staff Document Archives • Handling of Staff Insurance Related Issues • Staff Time Attendance Control • Handling of Staff Contracts Working Hours: Saturday- Wednesday 08:00-16:30

Requirements

Special Skills/ Knowledge: • Having Strong Strategic thinking. • Presentation & Interpersonal Skills • Being responsible and committed • Self-motivated and willing to take initiative • Organization skills • Solving problem skills • Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications • Self motivated and willing to take initiative • Knowledge of Iran labor law will be a plus University Qualifications: BA degree in HR Management or relevant major from a reputable university, Previous Experience: At least 2 years of experience at the related fields.
