- Perform activities in recruitment area including needed job vacancy registration, screen resume, interview and selection of candidates
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations to new and current employees
- Providing and updating HR data base
- Dealing with all HR issues (Recruitment, Selection, Interviewing, Training, Appraisal, Legal Issues)
- Design Education calendar
- Designing KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in human resources or management is preferable
- Between 3 to 5 Years of relevant experience
- Familiar with job processing and organizational chart
- Familiar with hiring, firing and contract process
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
