
Job Description
-Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence -Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software -Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants -Provide assistance in administering employee benefit programs and worker's compensation plans -Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations -Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork -Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities -Analyses recruitment needs by studying organization plans and objectives -Providing and updating HR data base
Requirements
-Bachelor or master’s degree in Human Resources or management is preferable -Minimum 5 years of experience -Self-motivated and willing to take initiative -Proficient in MS office especially in Excel -Familiar with training procedure -High flexibility to work to the demands of the role -Skills in: Staffing, Recruitment Marketing, Interviewing and other Selection Testing, Design and implementation process, performance evaluations, sublimation models
