● Being organized and strategic. ● Master's degree in Human Resources Management. ● Experience in project management preferably HR-related. ● An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities. ● Ability to strategize and formulate business plans. ● In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices.
