Job Description

- Active participation in the recruitment process - Coordinate internship programs - Prepare and update the employment contracts - Prepare & Update the Employee Guide Book and Company Governance documents - Update training schedule, Coordinate the training programs in cooperation with Marketing dep., get the feedback from participants, track employee knowledge status in cooperation with the line managers - Get the feedback of Performance Management Process and control the rotation and promotion programs - Active participation in HR Projects (Grading, Salary benchmark, University recruits) - Expert in payroll Reporting to : HR Manager Number required : 1 Desired start date : 1 March 2015 Probation : 3 months Working hours : Sat-Wed 8am-5pm Travel requirements : Occasional travel within country

Requirements

University qualifications : BSc Other certifications : ICDL Previous experience : 3 years experience as HR officer or specialist Specialist knowledge : Payroll system, Work law, Other Skills : Good in communication Ideal Age Range : 27 to 32 Nationality Preference: Iranian Language Skills : Fluent in English Current Residence : Tehran
