Job Description

- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions - Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns. - Forming and maintaining employee records - Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave - Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides - Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance - Communicating with external partners - Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover - Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries - Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in engineering fields - At least 2 years of relevant experience - Ideal Age : Max 30 years old, - Teamwork spirit - Good command of office suit programs (Word, Excel) - Familiarity with Social Security and Labor Law - The ability to speak clearly so others can understand you - The ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules
