Job Description

  • Supervise housekeeping operations to create a memorable guest experience. 
  • Supervise all housekeeping staff, hiring, planning, and assigning work duties, training newly hired staff, auditing and inspecting the activities of housekeeping staff, and meeting the needs and requirements of the department. Budget monitoring and budget control for the housekeeping department.
  • Establish verbal communication with others with clear and professional language.
  • Support the team to achieve general goals.
  • Ensure quality standards and expectations in performance.
  • Ensure compliance with expectations and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Precision.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • At least an Associate's degree.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Conflict resolution management skills.
