- Provide telephone and deskside support and respond to user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware؛
- Perform periodic maintenance and execute systems engineering؛

- Set up computers, phone systems, software, and peripheral equipment for new company hires
- Assisted with Network Administration including connections, hardware, and programming configuration.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in the field of information technology and computer.
- Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft OS and installing software.
- Hardware: basic experience with end-user equipment (Laptop, PC, Monitor, Printer, Projector,
etc) Understanding of main components, Upgrade. Troubleshooting.
- Network: basic understanding of technologies and protocols. Holding Network+ certificate.
- Microsoft Office skills
- At least one year of experience, working as a helpdesk.
- Teamwork skills, being responsible and having organizational behavior.
