● Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems of clients.
● Install and maintain software and hardware components, devices, printers, scanners, computers, etc.
● Assist with network administration tasks.
● Install and ensure proper installation of network cables, nodes, connections, etc.
● Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
● Respond to requests for technical assistance or information via phone, email, or other communication tools.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar fields.
● At least 3 years of experience.
● Fluent in Windows 10 and 11, and Microsoft Office, cabling, printers, scanners, etc.
● Familiar with virtualization.
● Basic knowledge of Active Directory Domain and Network+.
● Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize and schedule work to meet business needs.
● Ability to communicate, teamwork, and build relationships across divisions.
● Age range: Maximum 28 years old.
