● Install, set up, maintain and support all types of operating systems (Linux - Mac - Windows).
● Install, set up, maintain, support, and troubleshoot computer hardware and peripherals.
● Install, operate, maintain and support a variety of office machines (printers - scanners - fax - copy).
● Install, launch, and run the required software on users' systems.
● Install, set up, maintain, and support a variety of software and network services.
● Length of probation period: 3 Months.
Requirements
● University qualifications: At least a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer engineering.
● Nature and length of previous experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
● Specialist knowledge: Comptia Network+ / Comptia A+ / Microsoft MCSA 2012 or Higher / Mikrotik / Microsoft SQL Server Administration / Cisco CCNA / Linux LPIC / ITIL.
● Familiarity with the concepts of antivirus, their settings, and usage, as well as familiarity with the network antivirus console.
● Familiarity with the concepts of virtualization.
● Familiarity with the concepts of firewalls Proper familiarity with the Microsoft Office software suite.
● Familiarity with the concepts of databases (especially Microsoft SQL Server).
● Familiarity with the concepts and protocols of email service and its management with Microsoft Outlook software.
● Familiarity with the concepts of storage and backup of information and related software Proper familiarity with English.
● Having a team spirit and the ability to interact with other related colleagues and different organizational units.
● Ability to lead, lead and troubleshoot support teams.
● Provide regular reports describing the activities of the support department to the relevant authorities.
