-Act as the single point of contact for all IT support requests in Tehran Office. -Provide hands-on L1/L2 support for end users, including Windows, email, printers, network, and VPN. -Execute user onboarding/offboarding in coordination with HR and Central IT (accounts, access, devices). -Maintain and troubleshoot office LAN/Wi-Fi, endpoints, and basic IT infrastructure. -Enforce IT security policies, standards, and documentation defined by Central IT. -Coordinate with HQ Infrastructure/IS teams for incident escalation and resolution -Liaise with local vendors for IT services and minor procurements. -Ensure stable, interruption-free IT operations for Tehran office business continuity.
