Location: Tab Polymer Asia Factory – Shahroud Industrial Town
Tab Polymer Asia is looking for an experienced, results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize warehouse operations at its manufacturing facility in Shahroud.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in warehouse management, inventory control, team leadership, and Rahkaran Warehouse Module.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all warehouse operations
- Control receiving, issuing, handling, and movement of materials and products
- Ensure accurate physical and system-based inventory records
- Monitor warehouse transactions using the Rahkaran Warehouse Module
- Plan and conduct periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation
- Supervise warehouse layout, item coding, storage, and material handling
- Lead, organize, and evaluate warehouse personnel
- Prepare and analyze inventory and warehouse performance reports
- Coordinate effectively with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Finance departments
- Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce inventory discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and internal controls
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant warehouse experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Mandatory proficiency in Rahkaran Warehouse Module
- Proven experience in warehouse team management
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, stocktaking, and reconciliation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational abilities
- High level of accuracy, responsibility, and follow-up
