Job Description and Duties
- Planning, organizing and monitoring all warehouse activities in accordance with GMP requirements and organization guidelines
- Monitoring the timely allocation of raw materials, packaging materials and other items required for production lines based on the production plan in order to prevent line downtime
- Planning, implementing and monitoring daily, periodic and annual warehouse management processes and taking necessary measures to reduce inventory discrepancies
- Managing inventory of materials, goods and Non-BOM items and ensuring the accuracy of information recorded in the system
- Establishing and improving standard processes for document circulation and warehouse operations in the organization's software
- Preparing and presenting daily, weekly and monthly analytical reports including inventory status, discrepancies, quality non-conformities and other performance indicators
- Capacity assessment, needs assessment and planning to optimize warehouse space and standardize warehousing processes
- Planning and coordinating logistics operations for transporting goods with commercial units, production planning and contract manufacturing companies, taking into account warehouse space limitations and Production schedule
- Management of maintenance and repairs of warehouse equipment, machinery and logistics vehicles
- Monitoring the correct implementation of warehouse temperature and humidity control processes in accordance with the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry
- Management of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) until the results and effectiveness of the measures are achieved
- Management of changes related to warehouse processes and participation in continuous improvement projects
- Planning, directing, evaluating the performance and empowering warehouse employees in order to improve productivity and achieve the organization's goals

Eligibility requirements:
- At least a bachelor's degree in management, industrial engineering, logistics, supply chain or other related fields
- At least 5 years of warehouse supervision or management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry (required)
- Complete mastery of warehousing principles, inventory management, warehouse operations and GMP standards
- Complete familiarity with supply chain concepts and processes
- Familiarity with warehouse KPIs and the ability to analyze them
- Mastery of Office software, especially Microsoft Excel at an advanced level (formula writing and analysis) Data)
- Thorough familiarity with the organization's guidelines and SOPs and the ability to implement them effectively
- Ability to plan, lead a team, make decisions, solve problems, manage time, and communicate effectively
