Job Description
-Analyze, monitor and ensure that the organization processes are complying with international standards and best practices -Designing processes based on standard notations such as BPMN2 -Design of organizational structure commensurate with organization's processes and strategy -Identify improvements in business process and provide systematic solutions. -Develop and Optimize organizational strategies, processes, policies and procedures. -Preparing business analysis and managerial report related To Integrated Management System -Managing organization document system; i.e. designing and implementing required documents (procedures, instructions, forms etc.) - Assessing process effectiveness within the organization - Following up corrective and preventive actions - Establish KPI’s for measuring processes - Audit & identify corrective actions - Prepare reports
Requirements
-At least Master degree in industrial engineer or Executive Management and MBA Core skills and qualifications related to the manager of systems and method department provided in the list below. 1- Enterprise architecture and enterprise architecture frameworks: - Enterprise architecture, - Zachman framework, - TOGAF enterprise architecture framework. 2- Business Processes Reengineering, Management and Improvement: - Business process analysis using improvement approaches, - Business process analysis using reengineering approaches, - Visual languages and business process modeling notations and tools. 3- Enterprise software systems and information technology: - Organizational software system and information management, - Common organizational software systems in Iran, - World class enterprise software systems (like SAP ERP), - IT governance and its frameworks, - IT services and its frameworks. 4- Information engineering and business intelligence - Introduction to data management, information and related systems, - Introduction to business intelligence and decision making. 5- Business analysis and architecture in domain of: - Marketing, - Supply chain. - Finance Accounting, - Administrative and legal, - Human capital. 6- Management: - Strategic management, - Quality management, - Project, program and portfolio management, - Change management, - Risk management, - Continuous improvement approaches, - Operation management. 7- Standards and guidance - Quality management standards and guidance, - Risk management standards and guidance, - Health, Safety, and Environment standards and guidance, - Training standards and guidance, - Customer satisfaction monitoring and measuring standards and guidance, - Complaints handling in organization, - Social responsibility standards and guidance. 8- General characteristics and Soft Skills: - Problem solving and solution innovation, - Documentation and visualization, - Effective communications, - Leadership, - Auditing, supervision and evaluation, - Model thinking, - Effective collaboration with Internal and external stakeholders and create effective feedback loops, - Effective collaboration on updating the business services under rapidly changing environment. - Experience in ISP or Telecom businesses is a big plus - Experience in Sharepoint administration is a big plus
