About the Company
Tab Karan Polymer Trading Co., a subsidiary of Tab Plastic Holding, operates in the FMCG sector with a focus on sales, distribution, and market development of consumer products. The company is expanding its Beauty & Personal Care business and is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Head of Sales to lead the sales function and drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
- Design sales structures, optimize sales processes, and develop effective sales channels.
- Lead, manage, coach, and develop the sales team to maximize performance.
- Prepare sales forecasts, set targets, and establish short-term and long-term sales plans.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, customer insights, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Develop distribution networks and manage key customer relationships.
- Create initiatives to increase sales volume and expand customer product portfolios.
- Monitor sales performance indicators (KPIs) and provide analytical reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability and enhance sales effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, preferably within FMCG, Beauty & Personal Care, or Consumer Goods industries.
- At least 3 years of experience in senior sales management roles.
- Proven experience in market development, sales team leadership, and distribution network management.
- Strong understanding of the Beauty & Personal Care market and sales channels.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare and present management reports.
- Open to both female and male candidates.
