Job Description
*Key duties and responsibilities (focusing on the ice cream industry):
- P&L ownership: full responsibility for the profit and loss (P&L) of the entire sales organization.
- Skill in designing and implementing national sales strategies to achieve aggressive market share growth goals.
- Skill in ensuring the perfect implementation of temperature and cold chain protocols in the entire Mehen ice cream distribution network to maintain the quality of the product from production to the final consumer.
- Leadership of Category Management strategies at the sales level.
- Skill in designing and implementing new distribution strategies to penetrate new markets (Off-Premise and On-Premise).
- Skill in creating an agile organizational structure and talent team building at the national level.
- Accurate management of operating budgets and providing accurate sales forecasts
- Optimum management of inventory in distribution cold stores and prevention of waste due to expiration or temperature changes (Spoilage & Shrinkage). (new and product-focused task)
*Necessary qualification requirements:
- At least 15 years of executive work experience in FMCG industry sales management positions (absolute priority with frozen food or perishable food industries).
- At least 5 years of successful experience in senior positions in the country's broadcasting industry (Director/Head/GM
