Job Description

  • Implementing development programs of branches.
  • Monitoring and improving the performance of branches.
  • Providing key and operational solutions (reducing human/system errors, dissatisfied customers, costs, etc.).
  • Supervising, training, and developing human resources.
  • Providing specialized data-based reports and root analysis of sales obstacles and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Supervising the process and physical standards of the branch such as 5S.
  • Identifying and removing functional bottlenecks with effective solutions.
  • Increasing sales rate continuously and sustainably.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Marketing, Economics, or other related fields.
  • At least ten years of related work experience; five years of work experience in a supervisory position.
  • Familiarity with performance evaluation and performance indicators of the sales team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong and capable expression technique in persuading, motivating, and leading personnel.
