Job Description
- Implementing development programs of branches.
- Monitoring and improving the performance of branches.
- Providing key and operational solutions (reducing human/system errors, dissatisfied customers, costs, etc.).
- Supervising, training, and developing human resources.
- Providing specialized data-based reports and root analysis of sales obstacles and providing appropriate solutions.
- Supervising the process and physical standards of the branch such as 5S.
- Identifying and removing functional bottlenecks with effective solutions.
- Increasing sales rate continuously and sustainably.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Marketing, Economics, or other related fields.
- At least ten years of related work experience; five years of work experience in a supervisory position.
- Familiarity with performance evaluation and performance indicators of the sales team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong and capable expression technique in persuading, motivating, and leading personnel.
