As a head of product engineering, you will act as a connection between the development department and the other departments such as production, quality, after-sales, procurement as well as foreign suppliers and internal customers. You may develop test systems or at least improve them as well as having an administrative role in test system design. You will also receive all the information about the Products. A project in the development department leads to a Product that will be delivered to this section on Prelaunch-Production day with complete documents and information through the project manager. After that, you are the owner of the product in aspects of engineering changes, production and quality issues, after-sales problems, customer concerns, and procurement issues. In this role, you will be in close contact with SAPCO and Sazehgostar, you will attend technical meetings as the representative of the company. The other activities are: - Staff management (Design and Engineering) - Communicate properly and effectively with the customer - Finding the root cause of quality problems which are unsolved by the quality team - Handling of Nonconformists and temporary permissions - Attending in CFT meetings - Getting familiar with the new products in the field of automotive electronics and mechatronics (EMS) - Reporting to the deputy of quality
