Job Description
Prepare and submit the necessary purchase and logistic documents
Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability
Manage stock and delivery of materials
Planning, performing and coordinating commercial affairs such as corresponding, negotiating, contract modification, preparing related documents for payment, shipment and delivery schedules, commercial registration procedures, custom affairs if relevant, transporting follow ups
Perform commercial activities such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating, ordering affairs and making shipping arrangement and additional tracking when required
Preparing, handling, archiving all necessary documentation from purchasing to deliver good.
coordinating drivers, vehicles, loads and journeys
Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations.
