Job Description

  • Managing international trade operations, including customer orders, shipments, and procurement, as well as expertise in handling documentary letters of credit and coordinating payment instruments.
  • Evaluating and selecting suitable suppliers and quotations, and overseeing export orders, shipping coordination, and documentation.
  • Addressing customer issues and ensuring timely payment receipt, all while collaborating with banks, customers, and suppliers for seamless international trade operations.
  • Handling guarantees, documentary letters of credit, and collection transactions in collaboration with our banking partners, and preparing and verifying export documents.
  • Managing correspondence and all administrative tasks related to documentary transactions.

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably related to international trade or an equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly motivated with strong organizational talents, capable of both teamwork and flexibility.
  • Proficient in working independently and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in handling banking instruments such as documentary letter of credit
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Persian and English.
  • Proficiency in using the MS Office suite.
  • Professional experience in international order management, with a preference for solid product and industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrates an independent and responsible work ethic.
