Job Description
- Developing trade promotional plan with key customers
- Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives, including coordination with Corporate Trade Marketing and budget management.
- Working closely with key customers to provide category and shopper insight to drive performance
- Delivering new product development plans in Chain store
- Coordinating and communicating product, price and pack changes
- Manage and reports accurately in-store execution KPIs (Planograms, shelf share, POS visibility...)
- Regular training course for the sales and merchandising team.
