Job Description

- Proficient in all matters related to domestic and foreign trade, including Incoterms, Strips, insurance certificates, etc.
- Proficient in English and the ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with suppliers
- Proficient in all computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and regularly submitting requested reports to the board of directors
- Thorough knowledge of the comprehensive business system and performing all matters related to domestic and foreign trade, including order registration, bank exchange affairs, customs affairs and clearance goods, transportation and insurance
- with at least five years of related work experience
- complete mastery of commercial correspondence and knowledge of negotiation techniques and international trade laws
- complete familiarity with the customs system
- familiarity with foreign exchange and banking issues related to import and export
- sufficient familiarity with related licensing organizations and the ability to follow up on obtaining permits
- experience in import processes, price inquiries, foreign purchases and receiving proforma
- ability to find new suppliers and carry out Business correspondence
- planning and coordinating the transportation of international goods
- checking shipping documents, bills of lading and invoices and matching orders
- high ability to adapt and communicate effectively with people inside and outside the organization
- having order and planning and coordinating and following up on things until the result is achieved
- having a team work spirit and problem solving ability
Work: Saturday to Tuesday 7:30 to 17:00 and Wednesdays 7:30 to 16:00
