Job Description

  • Receive agendas from supra-organizational.
  • Control and supervision of all purchasing steps (sourcing, etc.).
  • Negotiate with suppliers.
  • Collaborate and assist other units to achieve the goals of the organization.
  • Use the right method to gather information from the market, competitors, and capacities.
  • Correspond, and follow up with internal and external sources and parties.
  • Establish relations with government institutions and agencies and private institutions, banks, and trade systems.
  • Follow the steps of remittance, transportation, and clearance.
  • Supervise the implementation of supplier evaluations and evaluation guidelines.
  • Resolve conflicts and disputes in case of damage to the consignment in all stages including transportation and clearance to delivery in the company.
  • Control purchase conditions and technical review of information contained in the offer of different prices.
  • Prepare and adjust required statistics and reports.
  • Submit reports to a superior.
  • Perform the tasks assigned to the organization.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent fluency in English in all skills.
  • Proficient in the principles and techniques of negotiation, international correspondence, import/export processes, and contracts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Fluent in principles of international commercial activities.
  • Experience in international business negotiation.
