Ensure corporate governance.Month-end closings and Internal financial reporting.Create sustainable value in both finance and business POV.Forecasts and planning processes (E0, E1, E2, KP, RFC).Local ERP integration/development based on CSA.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Provide insights to drive business performance and strategic decisions.Requirements:
English fluency.Significant experience in finance controlling, financial analysis, or a similar area.Prior experience in a managerial role.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills.Experience in driving financial performance and implementing financial strategies.
