Head of Accounting

Job Description

Conditions and requirements:
• Complete mastery of the Russian language to communicate with the company's employees;
• Having basic knowledge of Russian accounting is considered a competitive advantage;
• Work experience as the head of accounting or deputy head of accounting in the construction industry for 3 to 5 years;
• Skill in managing the accounting unit (assigning tasks, controlling executive affairs, motivating personnel);
• Competitive advantage: having accounting experience for branches of foreign companies in Iran with the field of construction activity;
• Complete mastery of accounting software in Iran - Sepid System Tehran;
• Complete mastery of:
a) Iran's accounting standards and Iran's tax laws;
b) special features of the construction industry;
C) requirements of regulatory institutions (Tax Affairs Organization, Social Security Organization and other institutions);
• Analytical mind, high attention to detail, ability to work in difficult conditions.

Duties:
• Complete accounting and tax affairs of the branch of the Russian company in Iran (currently individually);
• Advice to the accounting head of the company in the field of accounting and taxation of the Russian branch of the company in Iran, as well as the activities of the company's head office in Iran;
• Preparation and timely presentation of financial reports of the branch of the Russian company in Iran;
• Preparation of management reports for the managers of the branch and the head office of the company;
• Organizing the activities of personnel under management: determining tasks, implementing regulations, and monitoring the timing of affairs;
• Cooperation with the auditors (internal/external audits) of the Tax Administration;
• Optimization of accounting processes.
