Job Description

Darman Yab Group, a leading entity in the pharmaceutical industry since 2003, seeks an experienced professional to serve as the Head of Accounting in our Tehran location. This role is pivotal in managing and guiding the financial health of our company, ensuring accuracy and conformity with established accounting principles.

*Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the accounting department, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Develop and maintain internal control systems to safeguard financial assets.
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Manage and coordinate budgetary processes to optimize financial performance.
• Monitor and manage cash flows and financial transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial audits and tax filings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

*Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting
• Extensive experience in accounting within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting regulations and practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
