Job Description

- Provide technical assistance and support for queries and issues related to IPTV systems, software, and hardware. - Design and implementing WAN topology for IPTV solution - Design network and NOC topology for IPTV solution - Support the following technologies: IPTV services and network connections, STB and others as assigned. - Maintain inventory of all equipment, Hardware, software and software licenses in office and warehouse - Store, Manage, Tag and track all IT equipment and assets in office or warehouse - Troubleshoot and Resolve related problems - Managing the website of the company

Requirements

- BS (or MS) in Computer Engineering (Software, Hardware), IT or Computer Science. - 3 years of experience in relevant fields in IPTV . - Familiarity with computer & media systems - Familiar with switch, STB and other revelant devices - Knowledge of windows server technologies & Linux - Highly flexible, high tolerance and ability to work under pressure - Self-Motivated person - Having good social skills to communicate with other members and team work.
