• Sharing any requested daily, weekly and monthly report (Sales, Finance, Purchasing …)
• Preparing contracts or agreements.
• Reporting to General Manager about department activities.
• Preparing top-level management meetings and appointments agendas.
• Providing telephone and reception coverage.
• Maintaining all correspondence and secret documents.
• Coordinating General Manager calendar, meetings, and conferences.
Requirements
• Fluent in Turkish (Istanbul) and English
• MS Office proficiency
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to be multi-task and strong and problem-solving attitude.
• Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
• Friendly and professional manner
• Sales skills (Presentation, reporting, team leadership, and …)
