Job Description

Job Description • Doing all business related to foreign trade • Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment. • Prepare all documents needed in the middle of the purchasing process. • Control and follow up all commercial activities (financial, shipping, insurance, releasing and clearance, feedback). • Perform all order registration matters • Represent relevant reports to management. • Effective Negotiating and bargaining with suppliers • Living or staying in Tehran (north of Tehran)

Requirements

Requirements • Age: single- Between 25 and 35 years • Minimum 2 years’ experience in international commercial sector and procurement • Familiar with all aspect of logistic, import and negotiation with international companies • Familiar with order registration matters • Familiar with customs rules • Familiar with banking and remittances • English: Fluent • Familiar with foreign trade administration affairs. • Expert in Microsoft office.
