Job Description

● Prepare purchase orders, and review requests for goods and services. ● Research and evaluate foreign suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, the suppliers reputation and history. ● Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other information to determine reasonable prices. ● Monitor shipments to ensure that goods arrive on time and resolve problems. ● Plan, perform and coordinate all foreign commercial affairs such as sourcing, correspondence, negotiating, ordering, contracting, custom releasing and etc.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Commercial Management or relevant majors. ● Full Knowledge of foreign procurement and commercial procedures and regulations, sourcing and correspondence. ● Familiar with import regulations, bank procedures and customs clearance. ● Minimum 2 years of experience in related field, specialty in importing food is a plus. ● Fluency in English is a must. ● Excellent in MS Office. ● Full communication, presentation and negotiation skills. ● Flexible, initiative, dynamic and enthusiastic. ● Familiar with NTSW and EPL websites.
