Job Description

● Import, shipping, banking (currency allocations), insurance and inspection (of shipments), corresponding with international suppliers, in-person follow-up of all matters in relevant ministries, and central bank. ● Source qualified suppliers and provide a database of manufacturers and suppliers and establish an effective partnership with manufacturers, research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production, and distribution capabilities, and the supplier's reputation and history. ● Plan, manage, and improve all foreign commercial affairs such as sourcing, supplier selecting, negotiating, contracting, ordering and etc. ● Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to determine reasonable prices. ● Correspond with foreign companies (purchasing, negotiating, and contracting). ● Product sourcing. ● Plan, organize and coordinate all commercial affairs related to the import of raw materials and finished products such as sourcing, correspondence, negotiation, ordering, preparing tenders documents, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and following up to finalize each case. ● Handle commercial documents (such as invoices, packing lists, CO, BL, etc.). ● Conduct commercial contracts. ● Manage activities related to foreign payment through exchange offices and swift channels.

Requirements

● Experience in foreign commercial and all aspects of logistics and import. ● Expert in international business terms and regulations. ● Excellent in banking relations and documentation and commercial documentation. ● Expert in all affairs of commercial including, order processes, payment documentation, commercial registration, transportation, and related arrangements. ● Comprehensive knowledge of foreign procurement processes, sourcing, correspondence, negotiating, ordering, contracting, customs clearance, etc. ● Familiar with customs terminology and customs clearance procedures. ● At least 5 years of experience in commercial and import procedures. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration ● be up-to-date about current regulations and monitor applicable law changes for better dealing with customs, road, sea, and air transportation, document, and INCOTERMS. ● Source qualified suppliers and provide a database of manufacturers and suppliers and establish an effective partnership with manufacturers, research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production, and distribution capabilities, and the supplier's reputation and history. ● Plan, manage, and improve all foreign commercial affairs such as sourcing, supplier selecting, negotiating, contracting, ordering and etc. ● Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to determine reasonable prices. ● Correspond with foreign companies (purchasing, negotiating, and contracting).
