Job Description
● Planning, carrying out, and coordinating commercial affairs services such as correspondence, negotiation, contract modification, preparation of payment-related documents, shipping and delivery schedule, commercial registration procedures, customs affairs, and transportation follow-up.
● Keeping up to date with current laws and regulations and anticipating changes as needed in business areas (such as import, export, and customs matters).
● Developing new markets and searching for new customers who may benefit from group services.
● Market development, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
● Controlling and checking reports and work progress.
● Providing business development training and guidance to business developers and other internal staff.
● Developing and monitoring operations and procedures.
● Responding to customers regarding order status, changes, or order cancellations.
● Preparing for missions abroad.
