Job Description
● Import, shipping, banking (currency allocations), insurance and inspection (of shipments), corresponding with international suppliers, in-person follow-up of all matters in relevant ministries, and central bank.
● Be up-to-date about current regulations and monitor applicable law changes for better dealing with customs, road, sea, and air transportation, document, and INCOTERMS.
● Source qualified suppliers and provide a database of manufacturers and suppliers and establish an effective partnership with manufacturers, research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production, and distribution capabilities, and the supplier's reputation and history.
● Plan, manage, and improve all foreign commercial affairs such as sourcing, supplier selecting, negotiating, contracting, ordering and etc.
● Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to determine reasonable prices.
● Correspond with foreign companies (purchasing, negotiating, and contracting).
