Foreign Commercial Expert

Job Description

PishtazTeb, a leading healthcare provider in Iran, is seeking a creative, motivated, and committed foreign commercial expert to expand international markets and grow exports of our diagnostic products and kits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement processes of goods and services from international suppliers.
• Review and evaluate international suppliers and select the best options.
• Coordinate with internal departments to identify procurement needs.
• Monitor and oversee transportation and customs clearance processes.
• Negotiate with and maintain effective communication with international suppliers.
• Prepare and manage documentation related to international purchases.
• Conduct market analysis and assess prices and procurement conditions.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Full proficiency in English communication (both spoken and written).
• Familiarity with import procedures, customs clearance, and transportation logistics.
• Proficiency in procurement and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and import laws.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong supplier relationships.
• Proactive, responsible, and persistent approach to work.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to achieving objectives.
• Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, and a persuasive communicator.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
