Handling all international commercial affairs such as ordering, receiving PI, monitoring the process of order with suppliers, commercial registration, research and translating related documents and etc.
List of responsibilities:
● Arranging shipment documents and following up with suppliers for on-time preparation of documents.
● Monitoring import process and carrying out all respective affairs such as insurance, inspection, warehouse receipt, clearance sheet, customs exemption, custom duties, taxes and etc.
● Handling recording of orders and relevant document archiving.
● Being up to date on current regulations and monitoring applicable law changes.
● Length of probation period: 3 Months.
● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; Thursday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Requirements
University qualifications:
● Fluency in writing and speaking English (Important).
● Knowledge of Italian is a plus.
● Familiar with commercial and international business terms and regulations.
● Advance knowledge of MS Office and other common applications.
● Minimum 3 years related work experience.
