- Prepare all commercial documents related to import and export (Sales/Procurement) of industrial goods and raw material including but not limited to Proforma Invoice, Purchase Orders, Commercial Invoice & Packing list, Analysis Certificate…..
- Arrange and follow up shipments to ensure that goods are delivered on time to the clients.
- Register and monitor all commercial correspondence and update status tables.
- Register orders in NTSW and follow up with related authorities to get the approval for import.
- Register and follow up with the banks for order registration process.
- Register and follow up custom clearance process in EPL for imported/exported goods.
- Liaison with Customers, Vendors, Forwarders and Custom clearance agents to ensure work is done smoothly.
- Prepare weekly status reports to Commercial Manager and CEO
- Any other tasks assigned by team's head
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Foreign Commerce or related fields
- Having 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
- Up to date knowledge of Iran Custom Clearance Laws and Regulation
- Up to date knowledge of Import/Export banking rules and order registration
- Familiar with Incoterms 2010
- Familiar with Inspection Process (ITP, PSI, RN,)
- Familiar with Business Correspondence
- Familiar with Import Rules and Regulations
- Familiar with Export Rules and Regulations
- Familiar with process of international sales and procurement of Industrial goods, equipment and raw material
- Familiar with process of Import and export of Industrial goods, equipment and raw material from A to Z
- Good Knowledge of English both written and verbal
- Advance Knowledge of Microsoft office specially Excel and Word
- Ability to handle multiple tasks according to their priority
- Good Team Player
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Initiative, detail oriented, punctual and responsible
- Female, 25 to 30 years old, most preferably living in North section of Tehran
- Working time: from Saturday to Wednesday 9AM to 5PM, Thursday from 9AM to 1PM
- Probation period: 3 months
