Coordinating and handling of all international commercial affairs such as order obtaining, corresponding and monitoring orders’ process with suppliers, etc.
- Preparing and handling all necessary documents such as Performa Invoice , order registration process ( MOC , MOH ) ,preparing L/C or T/T application form , shipping documents , customs affairs.
- Arrangement and coordination of shipments with suppliers and resolving any probable issue.
- Responsible for getting all necessary governmental and non-governmental approvals and license during importing process.
- Fully accountable for accurate inventory levels by exact demand forecast and supply plans that ensure availability of products.
- Supervising and controlling all the shipping documents in every steps and keeping all the archives updated according to the company’s instructions.

Requirements
- Highly Fluent in English language.
- A Bachelor degree in business and/or technical majors is preferred.
- Ability to create reports and documents for procedures and tasks.
- Comprehensive knowledge of foreign procurement and commercial procedures, regulations and correspondence.
- Familiar with International transportation, Import rules & regulations, CBI (Central Bank of IR of Iran) import regulations, International business & commercial terms and regulations specially related experience in Paper & Board industry.
- Fluent in letter of credit (LC) and import rules (UCP 600).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in foreign procurement /commercial field.
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Highly skilled in working with MS Office software and the internet.
- Self-organized and motivated.
- Ability to handle high levels of stress.
