Job Description

● Responsible for the logistics and transportation activities related to the product as well as all commercial matters including sourcing, marketing, currency allocation, bank settlement, and customs obligations (imports and exports).
● Carrying out all procurement and transportation steps, order registration in NTSW and EPL, customs clearance, delivery schedule, until receiving it in the warehouse.
● Report to the commercial manager.
● Travel requirements: Occasional.
● Basic monthly salary: 15 to 20 million Tomans per month.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or other related fields.
● At least six years of relevant work experience.
● Experience in chemical and petrochemical fields is an advantage.
● Proficient in English.
● Proficient in foreign business correspondence.
● Familiarity with Russian is an advantage.
● Experience in CRM, Microsoft Office, Internet, and Windows.
● Experience in logistics management, use of NTSW, EPL, and familiarity with international trade and customs laws.
● Familiarity with INCOTERMS 2022.
● Teamwork spirit.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
● Great attention to detail.
● Analytical and combined thinking.
● Excellent ability to categorize and file documents.
