Job Description
- Planning, performing and coordinating all foreign purchasing process and commercial activities such as: commercial correspondence, finding suppliers, setting contract conditions, ordering to make the best purchase package.
- Prepare and submit the necessary logistic documents.
- Respond to customer inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations
- Make arrangement and coordinate shipments with sellers/ suppliers and resolve any possible issues/ force majeure in regard to transportation or client’s claim.
- Capable to handle all formalities for: Export Affairs, Customs, Shipments, and Insurances
- Preparing all required documents for Customs clearance formalities
- Supervision of delivery of goods and the ability to solve appropriate problems
